Peter L. Corsell, Chief Executive Officer

Peter L. Corsell is Chief Executive Officer for GridPoint and is responsible for the strategic vision and leadership of the company. GridPoint is the pioneer of an innovative software platform to address today's energy challenges while aligning the interests of electric utilities, consumers and the environment. MIT's Technology Review magazine has recognized Mr. Corsell as one of the world's top innovators under age 35 for developing a practical solution to advance the development of a Smart Grid.

In 2003, Mr. Corsell founded GridPoint to create a technology that would fuel the mass adoption of renewable energy sources and increase energy efficiency. Today, GridPoint is working with electric utilities nationwide to create a clean and efficient 21st century grid. GridPoint applies information technology to the grid, enabling utilities with a single interface for managing a variety of distributed resources including electric vehicles, solar panels, wind turbines, and advanced storage technologies as well as residential and commercial devices such as thermostats and water heaters. With GridPoint's platform, utilities efficiently balance supply and demand in an economical, scaleable and environmentally beneficial manner. To date, GridPoint has raised over $220 million in equity capital, including a large investment by the Goldman Sachs Group. The World Economic Forum selected the company as a Technology Pioneer in 2008.

Mr. Corsell's commitment to protect the environment and benefit society is also evident in his background and workoutside of GridPoint. He is Chairman of the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council on Alternative Energiesand a member of Newsweek's Global Environment and Leadership Advisory Committee. In addition, he serves on XcelEnergy's Smart Grid Advisory Board, the Environmental Media Association's Corporate Board and the board of directorsof Standard Renewable Energy, a leading provider of integrated renewable energy solutions. Previously, Mr. Corsellserved with the U.S. State Department in Cuba and as a political analyst with the Central Intelligence Agency. Mr. Corsellholds a B.S. from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

Michael R. Lach, Chief Operating Officer

Michael R. Lach is Chief Operating Officer for GridPoint and is responsible for the operational development of the company and day to day execution across all departments. In a variety of leadership positions, Mr. Lach has demonstrated strategic vision, organizational development and consistent execution in areas including operations, engineering, IT, mergers and acquisitions, business integration, customer service, sales and marketing.

Previously, Mr. Lach served as President and Chief Operating Officer for NeuStar, a provider of clearinghouse and directory services to the global communications and Internet industry. There he reorganized the company, rebuilt the management team, and dramatically increased average overall revenue growth to 40 percent over five years before taking the company public in what was named 2005 Technology IPO of the Year.

Prior to NeuStar, Mr. Lach served as President, Network&Systems Services, for Winstar Communications, handling the engineering, construction, operations and information systems of Winstar’s broadband network for over 30,000 customers. Previously, he was responsible for Covad Communications’ merger and acquisition strategy and integration activities in his role as Executive VP, Corporate Development&Business Integration. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lach held various management positions at Ameritech, where as VP of Customer Provisioning&Maintenance he oversaw 12,500 employees and improved technician productivity by 15 percent. He holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from Purdue University.

Karl Lewis, Chief Strategy Officer

Karl Lewis is Chief Strategy Officer for GridPoint and is responsible for the strategic development of the company including new business initiatives, corporate partnerships and M&A activity. Previously at GridPoint, Mr. Lewis served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2005 through 2008. Prior to GridPoint, Mr. Lewis was a Senior Vice President for Cigital, Inc., a software quality management consulting firm, where he was responsible for all consulting operations including sales, marketing, account management, project management and consultant resources.

Prior to Cigital, Mr. Lewis helped fuel the growth of Proxicom, Inc., an Internet professional services firm, which grew within four years from a privately held company with $4 million in revenues to a successful public company with over $145 million in revenues and eventually a profitable sale to a global technology company in a deal worth nearly $450 million. While at Proxicom, Mr. Lewis held various executive management positions including VP of Marketing, VP of Client Services, VP of the Strategy Consulting Practice, and VP of Corporate Development.

Prior to Proxicom, Mr. Lewis first contributed to the emergence of the Internet space in 1995 as a Senior Manager of Internet Products for MCI, where he was responsible for the development and launch of marketplaceMCI, the Internet's first e-commerce shopping mall, and internetMCI, the company's first Internet product. Mr. Lewis' additional responsibilities at MCI included business development, finance, administration, and product management for MCI Mail. Mr. Lewis holds a B.A. in economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland.

Greg Bartolomei, Product Development

Greg Bartolomei is responsible for the product development and quality assurance of all GridPoint products. Mr. Bartolomei has over 16 years experience in the electromechanical industry in roles ranging across research, product development and consulting.

Previously, Mr. Bartolomei was Director of the Systems Integration and Verification Group for Ciena Corporation, a cutting edge optical communications company delivering highly reliable, industry leading products. While at Ciena, he was responsible for the integration and verification for all hardware (electrical, mechanical and optical), embedded realtime software and network management software.

Mr. Bartolomei joined Ciena from ETC where he served as a consultant to DARPA, ONR and U.S. Navy laboratories providing analysis of active and passive control technologies. Prior to ETC, Mr. Bartolomei provided research and analysis to the U.S. Navy for Radix Systems. Mr. Bartolomei holds master's degrees in electrical engineering and mechanical engineering from The Catholic University of America and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland.

Dale Bowen, Finance

Dale Bowen is responsible for managing the company's financial reporting, budgeting, tax and treasury operations. Mr. Bowen has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance in the data management and financial services industries.

Prior to joining GridPoint, Mr. Bowen served as corporate controller for ATP, the world leader in the collection and distribution of fares and fare-related data for the airline and travel industry. Previously, he was Director of Finance for ABR Information Services, which was acquired by Ceridian Corp. after several years of record growth and posting annual revenue in excess of $100 million. Mr. Bowen also co-founded a consulting firm that provided accounting and financial services to individuals and corporations.

Mr. Bowen holds a B.S. in business management from the University of Utah and a master's degree in financial economics for public policy from American University in Washington, D.C. Mr. Bowen is a Certified Public Accountant.

Tim Clark, Delivery

Tim Clark is responsible for the successful development and implementation of complex solutions for GridPoint's utility and corporate customers. Mr. Clark has over 18 years of experience in the Internet technology (IT) systems integration industry with deep expertise in requirements definition, design, testing, implementation, program management and methodology development.

Previously, Mr. Clark served as the head of professional services at Nextel Communications, where he led a group responsible for delivering Nextel's complex voice, data application and consulting service solutions. Mr. Clark was also co-founder of Leadiant, LLC, where he led a variety of clients to success in their business and IT initiatives.

Mr. Clark co-founded Leadiant after serving as an industry vice president at Proxicom, an Internet professional services firm, where he led numerous e-commerce initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. Prior to Proxicom, Mr. Clark was a senior manager at Andersen Consulting, specializing in large system integration projects. He joined Andersen after serving as a captain in the United States Air Force, where he managed large IT projects. Mr. Clark holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Penn State University and an M.B.A. from Auburn University.

Alexei J. Cowett, General Counsel

Alexei J. Cowett is General Counsel for GridPoint and is responsible for the company's legal affairs. He also is involved in formulating GridPoint's M&A and major corporate development initiatives. Prior to joining GridPoint, Mr. Cowett was Of Counsel to Greenberg Traurig LLP. As a senior member of the firm's corporate department, Mr. Cowett advised public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture financings and other significant business transactions. Previously, Mr. Cowett was a member of the mergers and acquisitions group of Davis Polk & Wardwell. He also was Vice President and General Counsel of govWorks, Inc., a provider of information technology solutions to the government sector.

In addition to his responsibilities at GridPoint, Mr. Cowett is Vice Chairman of the Arlington Economic Development Commission. He holds an A.B., magna cum laude, in government, from Harvard University and a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the New York, District of Columbia and Virginia bars.

Betsy Cragon, Corporate Marketing

Betsy Cragon is responsible for GridPoint's brand strategy, advertising, public relations, marketing communications and brand integration of acquired companies. Ms. Cragon has over 15 years experience in marketing and has spent the majority of her career marketing technology companies.

Previously, Ms. Cragon founded Cragon Communications, a public relations firm focused on fueling the growth of technology start-ups as well as repositioning Fortune 500 technology products to address new markets. Prior to founding Cragon Communications, Ms. Cragon served as Director of Communications for Proxicom, an Internet professional services firm, where she directed brand strategy, public relations, advertising, marketing communications and investor relations programs. Ms. Cragon's efforts enabled Proxicom to claim the first Gold Clio awarded for Web site design, catapulting the company to the national stage. Four years later, Ms. Cragon’s marketing direction helped spur Proxicom's growth from a privately held company with $4 million in revenues to a successful public company.

Ms. Cragon's nonprofit experience includes the co-authoring of a 2000 Republican National Convention prime-time speech and the garnering of an exclusive interview with Barbara Walters. Ms. Cragon has been a featured speaker on public relations strategies for the Northern Virginia Technology Council and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She has held advertising and marketing positions with Rogers & Associates Advertising, an acquisition of TMP Worldwide, and The South Florida Newspaper Network. Ms. Cragon holds a B.S. in advertising from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Kent State University.

Steve Hauser, Market Development

Steve Hauser is responsible for strategic industry relationships, policy analysis and development as well as government affairs. He has been nationally recognized for more than 25 years as a leader in clean energy technology development efforts. In 2002, he was featured in MIT's Technology Review magazine as a pioneer in the electric smart grid revolution.

Mr. Hauser also serves as President of the GridWise Alliance, an advocacy group supporting a national imperative for modernizing the nation's electric infrastructure. Since 2000, he has brought together more than 200 companies to create a broad industry vision to transform energy systems, markets and technologies. Mr. Hauser has also led the creation of a new national brand called "GridWise," significantly raising the visibility of these issues with federal and state policy makers.

Previously, Mr. Hauser has held various senior management positions at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, Battelle and SAIC. During his career he has served as an advisor to numerous clean energy organizations and is former Chairman of the World Renewable Energy Congress. Mr. Hauser holds an M.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Washington and a B.S. in engineering physics from Oregon State University.

David Kaplan, Electric Vehicle Management

David Kaplan is responsible for the development of electric vehicle management solutions as well as strategic relationships with auto manufacturers. In 2006, Mr. Kaplan co-founded V2Green, which was acquired by GridPoint in 2008. Prior to the acquisition, David served as Chairman and CTO of V2Green, a leading smart grid technology company that controls the flow of electricity between the power grid and plug-in electric vehicles.

Mr. Kaplan brings over 25 years of experience in engineering, marketing and management with significant expertise in database management systems, web services software and other fields such as radio-frequency identification (RFID). Prior to V2Green, Mr. Kaplan helped create Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access and Microsoft's internet services software.

Mr. Kaplan has also held other key technology management positions including Director of Software Development at Impinj, where he founded the Software and CAD group, helping the company chart a course into RFID products. Mr. Kaplan holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University magna cum laude and M.S. in Operations Research from University of California Berkeley.

Dan Sullivan, Product Marketing

Dan Sullivan is responsible for leading product marketing and management efforts in support of the GridPoint Platform and the associated portfolio of solutions, products and services. Mr. Sullivan has over 20 years of marketing and product management experience in energy, consumer packaged goods and IT services.

Prior to GridPoint, Mr. Sullivan was VP of Marketing at Constellation NewEnergy (CNE) where he led the marketing efforts that helped grow CNE to be the largest competitive retail electricity supplier in North America serving over 16,000 MW's of load. As CNE's first ever VP of Marketing, Mr. Sullivan built a highly effective marketing organization that helped CNE more than double in size during Mr. Sullivan's tenure. Mr. Sullivan was also responsible for leading the development of branding campaigns for CNE's parent Constellation Energy.

Prior to Constellation Mr. Sullivan held key product management and marketing positions at a number of Fortune 500 companies including Sara Lee, Nabisco, IBM and Suez. At Suez, Mr. Sullivan was a founding member of the executive team that launched Suez Energy Resources which is now a top 5 supplier of competitive electricity to the C&I market. Mr. Sullivan earned both his bachelor's and master's degree in marketing from Michigan State University.

Tom Ulrich, Sales

Tom Ulrich is responsible for leading all day to day sales efforts including revenue generation, channels management and overall customer satisfaction. Mr. Ulrich has more than 20 years of enterprise software sales and management experience and has played key roles in taking three privately held high-tech companies public.

Prior to joining GridPoint, Mr. Ulrich spent more than 10 years as a Sales Director with MicroStrategy, a provider of enterprise business intelligence products to the financial, telecommunications and utility industries. He helped lead it from a privately held company to one with a public valuation of over $20 billion in 2000. Previously, Mr. Ulrich served in a number of direct sales, sales management and product management roles for Intersolv, Genesys and Best Software.

Mr. Ulrich holds an M.B.A. in international business from George Washington University, where he received one of two university business fellowships in 1994, as well as a B.A. in marketing from Nazareth College in Rochester, N.Y.
