GridPoint Named AlwaysOn GoingGreen 50 Winner
Smart Grid Company Selected as a Leading Green Technology Innovator for 2009 Participating in Great Green Grid panel at GoingGreen East this week
ARLINGTON, VA – March 11, 2009 – GridPoint, Inc., a leading smart grid company whose software platform benefits electric utilities, consumers, and the environment, today announced that it has been selected to the 2009 GoingGreen East 50 Top Private Company List in the energy efficiency and energy management category. The award is given to private, emerging companies creating new business opportunities in green technology. GridPoint was selected by the AlwaysOn editorial team based on demonstration of growth, market opportunity, quality of innovation and customer traction. GridPoint was previously chosen as the Overall Winner of the GoingGreen 100 Top Private Companies for 2007.
GridPoint and the other GoingGreen East winners are being recognized this week at the GoingGreen East executive conference at the Four Seasons in Boston, featuring presentations and high-level debates from CEOs, journalists, industry experts, investors and green tech executives.
