Information Collected
“Personal Information” includes your name, address, phone number, email address or any other information which might reasonably be used to identify you individually. Personal Information does not generally include information gathered through Tracking Technologies, as described below. An Internet Protocol address (an “IP Address”) is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the web. GridPoint may share, rent, sell or otherwise disclose such materials to third parties, including including in the case of a change of control of the company. In all cases other than a change in control of our company, GridPoint screens and reasonably determine to be reputable any third party to whom GridPoint discloses such information and GridPoint requires such third parties to use the materials for marketing products and services which we determine, in our sole judgment, you might find of interest. We use reasonable efforts to limit our use of Personal Information to reasonable business purposes and Personal Information collected on this Web Site is used primarily for the purpose for which it is requested. In particular, contact information, such as name and e-mail address, is used to provide you information or services you have requested on this Web Site.
