Peter Corsell is an investor and entrepreneur known for successfully bringing emerging technologies to market. MIT Technology Review recognized him as one of the world’s top innovators under age 35, the World Economic Forum named him a Young Global Leader, and the National Association of Corporate Directors included him on its inaugural list of leading directors under 40.
Corsell is a Partner at I Squared Capital, a leading global infrastructure investment firm with $40 billion of assets under management, where he leads the firm’s technology funds and is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee.
Prior to joining I Squared, Corsell was cofounder and Managing Partner at Twenty First Century Utilities, a private investment firm specializing in sustainability and technology in the electric power sector, which was acquired by I Squared in 2019.
Corsell is Chairman of Atlantic Power & Utilities, a leading power generation and infrastructure company with a well-diversified portfolio of assets across the United States and Canada. Corsell is also Chairman of GridPoint, a leading clean technology company, which he founded in 2003 and led as CEO until 2010. GridPoint has reduced energy consumption in commercial buildings by more than 7.5 billion kWh, saved its customers over $1 billion in costs, and avoided over 13 billion pounds of CO2 emissions.
Corsell has been a cofounder, board member and investor in several technology companies focused on clean technology, enterprise software, and cybersecurity. He has been interviewed on Charlie Rose and featured in several books including Hot, Flat, and Crowded by Tom Friedman, Perfect Power by Robert Galvin and Kurt Yeager, Earth: The Sequel by Fred Krupp, The Clean Tech Revolution by Ron Pernick and Clint Wilder, and Our Woman in Havana by Ambassador Vicki Huddleston.
Corsell also serves on the Board of Directors at Saige, Fermata Energy, and WealthCentral; and is a member of the Yale School of Architecture Dean’s Council. Earlier in his career, Corsell served with the Central Intelligence Agency and with the U.S. Department of State in Havana, Cuba. He holds a BSFS degree from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

John Collins is a proven senior executive with a strong track record of driving growth, improving operating efficiency, developing talent and effective teams resulting in enhanced shareholder returns. He is a recognized expert in M&A, finance, risk management, strategy, energy and derivatives markets and transaction structuring.
Most recently, Collins served as President and CEO of Cube Hydro Partners, an owner and operator of hydroelectric facilities in the U.S. He grew the company through five acquisitions; from the initial development of a 6 MW hydroelectric facility in western Pennsylvania to the ownership and operations of 19 plants totaling 385 MWs located in five states generating 1.5 million MWhs per year. Under his leadership, Cube Hydro successfully reduced operating costs by 30% while significantly improving overall operating performance. Collins led the negotiations and closing of the sale of the company to a U.S.-based subsidiary of Ontario Power Generation for $1.1 billion, which closed in October 2019.
Previously, Collins spent 22 years with Constellation Energy Group, a Fortune 125 diversified energy company, serving as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President of Integration. He led the sale of 49% of Constellation’s nuclear generation business to EDF for $4.5 billion, and was the architect of Baltimore Gas & Electric Company’s 72% rate increase settlement with the Maryland legislature. Prior to joining the holding company, Collins was a founding member and CFO of Constellation Energy’s merchant energy business, which grew to become the largest competitive energy supplier in the U.S., and held several financial leadership positions in Baltimore Gas & Electric Company.
Collins also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Constellation Energy Partners, a publicly traded natural gas exploration and production company. He is a founding member and former Chairman of the Committee of Chief Risk Officers (CCRO), which was formed following the collapse of Enron to establish and promote best practices in risk management.
Collins holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware (where he was inducted into the university’s “Wall of Fame”) and an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.

Kevin Crull has delivered growth and transformation across several multi-billion dollar businesses in a variety of industries. Leveraging his roots in sales, marketing and product management, he has driven superior execution, strategic M&A, and has built teams who consistently outperform expectations and their competition.
Most recently, Crull served as Sprint’s Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing corporate strategy and business development. In this role he guided the company’s 5G program cross-functionally, evaluated a range of strategic options for the company, helped consummate the T-Mobile merger agreement, and then led integration planning.
Crull joined Sprint as Chief Marketing Officer, where he was recognized as the third most influential global marketer in 2015 by Forbes, ScribbleLive and LinkedIn. As President of Omnichannel Sales, he also led Sprint’s 5,000 company-owned and dealer-owned retail stores, telesales, digital, and national retail channels.
Prior to Sprint, Crull served for nearly five years as President & CEO of Bell Media, Canada’s largest media and broadcasting company, operating conventional TV, Cable TV, Radio, Outdoor, and digital assets in both English and French. He led the acquisition of CTV Globemedia in late 2010, which created the foundation for Bell Media Inc. Following that, he acquired and integrated Astral Media and made strategic investments in MLSE and the Montreal Canadiens.
Before Bell Media, Crull served as President of Bell Residential Services, Canada’s largest consumer telecommunications company, providing high-speed broadband, internet services, home phone, and satellite & fiber television service. He also led the consumer and small business divisions at AT&T and US West/Qwest Communications. Earlier in his career, Crull served in a variety of executive positions during nine years at Nestle USA. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco.
