Beyond growth planning and cash‑flow analysis, Krupa frequently leads strategic initiatives including contract negotiations with partners and vendors, delivering practical outcomes that strengthen both financial performance and long‑term relationships. Her approach is rooted in a “forest‑for‑the‑trees” perspective—providing clear, concise guidance informed by detailed financial modeling and projections.
Prior to her fractional CFO work, Krupa served as Senior Vice President at a Houston‑based cloud storage company, where she led the development of the company’s initial public offering financial package. In this role, she coordinated closely with investment bankers, third‑party accountants, legal counsel, and auditors, while also managing relationships with more than 100 angel investors.
Additional career highlights include raising $10 million within eight months to support company growth, directing international finance and accounting teams, and working effectively across both private and public company environments. Krupa has also helped a public company transition to pink‑sheet status, reducing reporting and operating expenses while maintaining compliance. Earlier in her career, she served as Controller for a psychiatric services firm in Houston, overseeing accounting and financial operations for seven subsidiaries and partnering closely with regional leadership teams.
Krupa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. She remains actively involved in her community, volunteering with Sewa International and Feed the Hungry. Outside of work, Krupa is an avid cook who enjoys discovering and sharing new vegetarian recipes with her family.
